I’m in such a groove, everything is clicking.

2hour trainer bike [mainset 3x(4min HR2low, 1min HR1, 3min HR2mid, 2min HR1, 2min HR2high, 3min HR1, 1min HR3, 4min HR1)], 45min T-run (alternating 5min HR2build, 5min HR1)

Felt great in the water, 6km all aerobic and under complete control.

20×100 on 1:30, 20×100 on 1:25, 20×100 on 1:20

Core, scapular exercises, still loads of energy in the tank.

I’m really happy with how my body is feeling fluid. I ran 1hr45min this morning on cruise control. Hips, legs felt great. Everything loosened up more during a super easy 45min swim just continuous alternation of 100m swim on 1:30, 100m swim on 1:45. Ate a healthy breakie,…now off to my other job.

Adapting stronger by the moment.

Neat thing is that my body feels ready to work hard, and I want to,…but I’m resisting the temptation to do so. My mind at least knows a rest day is in order.
