I’m in Richmond, BC now – staying right by the Olympic Oval. I had a great little run from the oval westward along the coastline to the Golf and Country club and back this AM.

By the way,..here’s introducing US speedskater, Brian Hansen,..world junior 1500m record holder (1:44.45),..his record is just shy of the Olympic record of 1:43.95 set in the Salt Lake Olympic Games.

Sumeet sent me a video of him fighting his third professional mixed martial arts competition (see below). I thought it was interesting that his instructor (who shot the video) chose the type of music to complement the action. This resonated with me, expressing peace and being in a relaxed state, even when engaged in full-out effort.

Congrats Sumeet – he’s now 3-0!
