Swim workout/ run later

Had a great swim this morning.  Let me share it with yas:

800m swim 2x[75free/25back, 50free/50back, 25free/75back, 100free]

16x50m snorkel/paddles/fins — kick 25m/swim 25m

800m paddles 75m free/25m back

4x200m IM on 3:20

6x100m swim with chute on 2:00 (descend 1-3)

3x200m swim on 2:40 

6x100m band only on 1:30

3x200m swim 50fast/150easy on 3:00

Just chillin’ for a bit,…then doing a run hill workout later.
