The day before the Chilliwack Training Camp

March 16th, 2008

I’m really excited about this week’s training camp in grand ‘ol Chilliwackers.  My body is the healthiest it’s been in years, my mind is happier and more positive than ever too; I’m excited to be racing at a whole new level next year.  I’ve had a tonne of help from supporters over the years,…now, I’m just piecing the puzzle together.

Today’s workout was a 2hour bike trainer aerobic set at SpeedTheory, 45min real easy T-run.

Then I hit the pool on my own (7000m):

200m easy

4x[5x100m on 1:30, 4x100m on 1:25, 3x100m on 1:20, 2x100m on 1:15]

1000km kick

200m easy

Felt great.
