Ahhhhhhh….rest day
February 22nd, 2007Yesterday was a key workout day,…and now it’s time to sit back, relax, and let all the adaptations take place. Since Peter Reid has been coaching me the focus in my workouts are much improved, with big volume better balanced by more rest. Overall my energy is higher, and can see notable improvement in developing my aerobic base. My rest days are as important as the work itself.
